  • What contract options are there?

    We have a few options to help any size of business.

    Option 1: Continuous coaching, advising and consulting, usually built with 3 month contracts (no long term commitment).

    Option 2: Value based contract with a variable completion bonus (Similar to Project based).

    Option 3: Percentage of equity in the business entity with monthly draws from net income (no upfront costs and buy out option after 36 months)

    Option 4. Hourly rate at $100 per hour.

    Real Estate Services: Rates are always negotiable, but the standard brokerage rate is 6% of the sales prices.

  • How do I get started?

    Setup a call using the “Schedule a Meeting” button at the bottom of the page. You will receive an invite with a Google Meet video conference link for the time and date you chose.

  • What can I expect in our initial conversation?

    We will talk about your goals, ideas and operations. I will ask a lot of questions so I can get a better feel of what you are wanting.

    Essentially, we are learning about one another to see if we are a good fit for a business relationship.

  • How do you communicate?

    In my experience most people enjoy casual conversations. I am a professional non-formal communicator for a majority of the conversations. However there is a time and place to be more formal.

    Functionally, I am quick to respond to messages from my clients, friends and family.

  • What industries do you consult for?

    Primarily my responsibilities have landed in the Real Estate and Healthcare space. Not just growing the business, but growing member experiences.

    Whether you need real estate, a startup trying to get to market, or an existing business that needs to increase revenue or decrease cost., innovation strategy principals are applied to every industry.
